In an attempt to make use of the nuts that tasted so bad, I made some praline paste, intending to make chocolate praline tart. However, the paste didn’t taste good either, so I decided to ditch the nuts and make feuilletine tarts instead. The thing is, after much effort in making the praline paste, my determination was waning and decided to just estimate the chocolate and wafer. I think the tarts turned out okay too. I used the recipe from here. I had some passionfruit curd left, so I layered some for the individual tarts.
