My brother-in-law was craving for pandan chiffon and he couldn’t get from the supermarkets, so I baked one for him. I used the same recipe as the pandan bloom and did a Keroppi version. I had always wanted to try these character chiffons, but they brown so easily. Since the pandan bloom was nicely green, I had to give keroppi a try. I still have problems unmoulding for a smooth surface, so there were cracks, but I’ll take it. Here’s the Keroppi version.
