Recently, there are not many inspirations, but I needed a birthday cake for my Godmother, hence, I decided to bake the cookies and cream cake again. This also allows me to try out my own recipe and the cake turned out soft and fluffy and the only difference was the hersheys topping on top of the cake instead of the mini oreos. Additionally, I realised I can get 2 cakes out of the recipe. I hope the cake will bless my godmother and her family and it will be delicious! Here’s the recipe.
